I am Rev. Marjorie Augustine Rivera. I specialize in completely customized wedding services, because I want your day to be perfect. My promise to you is a ceremony that will be the way YOU want it to be. There are so few events in this day and age that are supposed to be filled with wonder and joy, and that are a complete expression of the love you share with your soon-to-be spouse.

Whether your ceremony is to be religious, spiritual, civil or an elopement, I can design the perfect exchange of vows that will make your special day memorable and appropriate. I understand how stressful planning a wedding can be, and for this reason, I offer you flexibility, dedication and attention to detail that is the cornerstone of a perfect day. As a rule, I will travel to your location, arriving on time, dressed appropriately in a manner you choose, showing respect for you and your guests, handling the legal paperwork immediately and providing any additional assistance you may require such as a blessing during the reception.

My rates are clear and there are no hidden or surprise fees. A booking fee of 100$ (non-refundable) is required to reserve a date. The balance is due no later than one week before your scheduled ceremony date. All prices quoted include ceremony design, phone/email consultations, rehersal and actual ceremony. Prices are as follows:
  • Perfectly Short and Sweet:
    A short ceremony lasting no longer than 10-15 mins. $150.00

  • Perfectly Normal:
    A ceremony lasting 15-25 mins. $200.00

  • Perfectly Grand:
     A longer more inclusive ceremony lasting 25 mins or more. $250.00
     

RELIGIOUS CEREMONY: Of a particular denomination (e.g., Catholic/Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Pagan) or combination of denominations(Inter-faith); characterized by formal or defining religious elements/rituals/traditions from one or more denominations.

SPIRITUAL CEREMONY: Spiritual can mean different things to different people. Most often, in a ceremony, it is either the sacred or divine feeling or essence of a peaceful element, ritual or tradition. Often it uses beautiful, inspiring words but is universal and stays away from any particular religion.

CIVIL/NON-RELIGIOUS: No religion in the ceremony whatsoever, including no prayer. It is also known as a court house, notary, JP or Justice of the Peace type ceremony. Non-religious or civil means no religion, but not "no love". Civil ceremonies can have absolutely as much meaningfulness, warmth and heart as any other type of ceremony.

ELOPEMENT CEREMONY: An elopement is a short-notice wedding.

No matter which type of ceremony you choose, the length can be altered to fit your needs and budget.
